    Have you checked network connection to make sure everything is configured correctly?

    This Error message usually means that a proxy or firewall is blocking your request. You should check your network settings and see if anything is preventing such requests. A good way to troubleshoot this is to collect a network trace and examine the details.

    If the problem persists, you can raise a support request from the Azure portal and attach the HAR file to get help on why your requests are not reaching the service.
